🚗 From Roanoke, VA (about 45 minutes): Start on US-220 S out of Roanoke. Turn left onto VA-122 S (Booker T. Washington Highway) in Rocky Mount. Continue on VA-122 for about 20 miles. Turn left onto VA-608 (White House Road). After about 7 miles, turn right onto VA-626 (Smith Mountain Lake Parkway). Turn left onto Deer Trail (you’ll see Mariners Landing signs). Follow signs to Mariners Landing Resort or Golf Course. 🧭 From Lynchburg, VA (about 1 hour): Take US-460 W toward Bedford. Take the VA-122 S exit toward Smith Mountain Lake. Follow VA-122 S through Bedford and Moneta. Turn right onto VA-608 (White House Road). After about 7 miles, turn right onto VA-626 (Smith Mountain Lake Parkway). Then left onto Deer Trail, into Mariners Landing. 📍 Address for GPS: 1217 Graves Harbor Trail, Huddleston, VA 24104 If you’re using Google Maps or Apple Maps, you can just type in ""Mariners Landing at Smith Mountain Lake"" and it should pop up. 🚗 Driving Directions from Raleigh, NC to Mariners Landing, VA: Start by getting on I-440 W from downtown Raleigh. Take the ramp for US-1 N / Capital Blvd toward Wake Forest. Stay on US-1 N — this will take you all the way into Virginia (it becomes a nice highway with a mix of rural and small-town scenery). As you approach South Boston, VA, US-1 merges with US-501 N — follow signs for US-501 N toward Lynchburg. In Brookneal, VA, turn left onto VA-40 W. Follow VA-40 to VA-43 N, and take that toward Bedford, VA. Once in Bedford, take VA-122 S toward Smith Mountain Lake. After about 20 minutes, turn right onto VA-608 (White House Road). Go about 7 miles, then turn right onto VA-626 (Smith Mountain Lake Parkway). Turn left onto Deer Trail — you’ll see signs for Mariners Landing Resort. Stay on US-360 W for about 65 miles until you reach US-460 W. Take US-460 W toward Lynchburg / Bedford. In Bedford, VA, take the exit for VA-122 S toward Smith Mountain Lake.
